Our team had also identified a configuration change that we have implemented and we are seeing registrations and phone verification working again. We will continue to monitor the system.

Investigating

We are currently receiving reports of failed registration attempts within our mobile app. We have identified that Twilio is currently experiencing an outage. They are investigating the issues on their end and we will continue to monitor our systems and update accordingly when we see things begin to recover.
